The BDO litigation team has extensive experience in pursuing all kinds of legal proceedings. They have been responsible for conducting court and/or arbitration proceedings to defend the interests of both multinational companies and Spanish companies, but always putting the client's interests first and avoiding litigation when this is not advisable, on the basis that a close relationship and trust between lawyers and clients are essential in these matters.
