Bankruptcy

BDO has a Insolvency Unit that consists of a team of multidisciplinary bankruptcy lawyers. In coordination with other areas of the Firm (auditors, financial advisors, etc.) they provide advisory services when a company faces insolvency, both in a context of continuity and restructuring of the company, and when it goes into liquidation, being able to advise all the parties involved in the bankruptcy proceedings: company, entrepreneur, creditors, employees, etc.

BDO professionals can act as Trustees in Insolvency, and are often appointed for that purpose both by many different courts throughout Spain, and by entities legally empowered to do so.
